TRADITIONAL VIETNAMESE DISHES

TRADITIONAL VIETNAMESE DISHES

VIETNAMESE PHO

Pho (pronounced “fuh”) is a Vietnamese soup that is considered by many to be the national dish of Vietnam. It is a delicious and hearty dish made with a flavorful broth, rice noodles, and thinly sliced meat (usually beef or chicken). Pho is a popular dish to eat at any time of day, The broth is the star of the show, and it is traditionally made by simmering beef bones, oxtails, flank steak, charred onion, charred ginger, and spices for several hours. This results in a rich and complex broth that is both savory and slightly sweet.

VIETNAMESE Bánh mì

Bánh mì (pronounced Bahn Mee) is a delicious Vietnamese sandwich made with a crusty yet airy baguette. It’s a popular street food option and can be a full meal. The baguette it’s filled with savory ingredients like meats, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs. It’s usually dressed with mayonnaise for creaminess. Bánh mì originated in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) in the 1950s, combining French bread with Vietnamese flavours

VIETNAMESE COFFEE

Immerse yourself in the rich tradition of Vietnamese coffee! Unlike your average cup, Vietnamese coffee boasts a bolder flavor profile thanks to Robusta beans and a slow phin filter drip. Savor the strong, dark brew balanced by creamy condensed milk, served steaming hot or as a refreshing iced treat. It’s an authentic Vietnamese experience in every sip!

Authentic banh mi both classic and crackling pork ❤️❤️❤️. Homemade ingredients and no msg wins my vote for best Noosa banh mi so far. Will try the other Vietnamese foods when they have a grand opening.
